How do I get my pre-purchased registration ticket for the day of the conference?
When you order you’ll have the option to print the ticket right away, or opt to receive it in your email. To get into the conference, you will need to print the ticket before arriving, and hand it in at the registration desk.

Can I register by mail?
No. Registration by mail is no longer available. Contact Renewing the Heart Ministries if you have any questions.

Should I bring my bible?
Yes! Following in the Word will not only help you personalize the speakers’ messages, but will allow you to take notes in your bible to help you reflect on what you’ve heard.

How long is the conference day?
Although the doors will open at 7:30 a.m., the actual conference is from 8:15 a.m. until 4:55 p.m.

What age group of women is this conference designed for?
All topics will be appropriate for women ages 13 and up. At some ISI conferences, there are seminars especially targeted to tweens and teens. Check the list of seminars in your program.

Do you provide child care?
No. However there will be a small room available for nursing mothers.

How should I dress?
Dress casual and comfortable. Sometimes the rooms can be very cold or hot; therefore, you may want to dress in layers.

Are seats reserved or is it open seating?
The conference is open seating.

Will there be exhibitors with resources for sale?
Yes.

Is lunch provided?
No. But lunch can be pre-ordered with early registrations. Access more information about lunch options, ordering, etc. here.

If you did not pre-purchase a lunch ticket you may bring your own lunch with you or order something from the surrounding area (check at the Renewing the Heart table for info on local restaurant options and delivery services.) Make it fun! Have a tailgate party! Be creative!

How long is the lunch break?
The lunch break is approximately 90 minutes. The exhibits will be open during this time, and some speakers will be available for meet and greets.

Check the schedule for the day as there is often a mid-day worship and praise concert during the the last half of the lunch break.

Where can I eat my lunch?
Usually, depending on venue, lunch can be eaten anywhere except in the general session room (i.e., usually the sanctuary). Check with the Renewing the Heart team on-site.

Can we get recordings of the sessions?
Audio recordings of all seminars and keynotes will be available for purchase on the Renewing the Heart Ministries website.

What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. If you find that you will be unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, consider donating it to your church or giving to a friend.
